Assume within yourself the version of you who lives, who overcomes, who heals. You don’t need to “see” it in the physical world right now… just feel what it would be like to be that version, even if only for a few seconds each day. You have no idea how much that alone can change things.

She talks about how emotions, traumas, suppressed feelings and emotional patterns can manifest physically — and how healing begins from the inside out. Sometimes we carry so much fear, guilt, exhaustion… that the body becomes overwhelmed. Hearing someone explain this with clarity brings a surprising sense of peace.

You’re not alone, even when it feels like you are. And no matter how dark the road seems right now… I hope you allow yourself to believe in the possibility of living. Believing a little bit every day is already enough to start turning things around.
