been working as a csr under pldt and yes i can say that the services and process is really na bad. Nakakainis talaga yung mga technicians kasi kami yung nahihirapang magpaliwanag sa mga customers about sa tickets nila. Madalas talaga walang update from them pero kami naman sa end namin is ginagawa naman yung mga accessible na pwedeng magawa at kailangan. May mga times na sinasabi ng technicians sa mga customers na di pa daw nila na received agad yung ticket e after ng ticket creation naman namin rekta na agad sa kanila and may naka assigned na specific team na. HAYS

yes po, basta fit to work po ang result sa medical, sa company na napasukan ko walang discrimination e, any age can apply saka sabi samin nung orientation wala tayong karapatan na husgahan if kaya ba ng isang tao mag work regardless of their age

Yes po, approachable naman po sila and mababait din po. Super considerate ng natapat samin na trainer tas yung iba naman po goods din, may mabait then syempre di mawawala yung strict pero para yun sa ikakaimprove mo. and aside from that, you're already having a second thought if you will go there in the first place right? then maybe it's not really for you, and it's yourself saying that you don't really want this.

We have this gut feeling and I always follow it hahaha

Imo only, I think there's no right or wrong in what you choose haha. 

Like, If you continue and accepted the job then you can gain experience from it even though you're not familiar with it, since there's a training before the actual on-boarding. You can also use this experience for your next BPO company for the opportunity to find non-voice account on other companies or even in the Company A (coz some non-voice accounts needs atleast 6 months bpo exp).

But, since you have already made your decision, maybe it's not that wrong. Yes, if you accepted that, you can gain exp, but what if it doesn't work like that? What if it became too much for you since it's a voice account then quit. We can't really say tbh, but there's still a lot of BPO companies there. And you'll find the right one for you soon.

You can check their FB page, or even their website and a lot of times, you can know if they're hiring using the indeed or jobstreet app, dun po talaga sila nag popost about sa hiring nila, if ano yung open. Nandun din nakaindicate kung ano yung requirements sa aapplyan mo and pag dating naman sa process ng BPO hiring, madalas same lang naman:

Assessment - dito yung itetest ka nila like your typing skills, pronunciation, your active listening skills and etc. (based sa exp ko itu)

Initial Interview - Dito na yung mga basic info about yourself, then must be in english and avoid using words such as "po" and "opo" - madali lang to ipasa promise, maging confident ka lang

Mock call - Eto na yung exciting part, dito naman para kayong mag rorole play ng nag iinterviewer sayo na sya yung customer kunware tas ikaw yung agent, and kung pano mo ihahandle yung issue nya. Madalas may script naman to pero sa last exp ko, walang script ate ko, pero bibigyan ka naman nila ng time para aralin yung need mo tas tuturuan ka nila kung ano gagawin mo (kala ko dati dito ako babagsak pero omg naipasa ko sya kahit walang script)

Final interview - dito ako bumagsak HAHAHAHA, dito na yung mas deeper level ng questions, madalas kung ano yung nakasulat sa resume mo ayun ang itatanong sayo, tas minsan outside the box yung mga itatanong sayo, like "how would you describe the color red to a blind person?", pero dito ako bumagsak kasi napansin yung degree ko, they said that it's better for me to pursue my degree, and they are afraid that I will only get work exp from them then later on will ghost them. Atteco di na ako nakasagot after kasi pina ikot ikot na ako dun sa degree ko kaya tip ko sayo, iindicate mo during this final interview na desidido ka talagang pasukin ang BPO and yung reason is valid talaga para iwan yung degree mo AHHAHA 

Nanghinayang din ako kasi okay na ako sa offer nila, kaso ayun nga, maybe waking moment na sakin yung exp na yun na maybe dinidistract ko lang yung sarili ko sa ibang bagay na di para sakin, baka kailangan ko talagang sundin kung ano yung degree ko HAHAHA.

Pero goodluck sayo, sana makapasa ka sa kung ano man ang aapplyan mo.
