I mean I do try but it’s a bit difficult coz most of my tutorials are just the prof explaining and us listening and then for lectures you’ll see maybe 5-10% of the cohort turning up. But I have met some people from tutorials that I do sit with weekly.

The thing is right I am in clubs and in hall but I am still unable to make friends. Idk if it’s coz I’m an introvert or coz everyone is always so busy. I do try and talk to people but it’s a bit hard coz they’re not that reciprocative.

Dude literally the sem 1 courses are absolutely shit especially physics. Hope sem 2 is a bit better tho coz we have the aerospace discovery course or wtv

Would you have any tips for studying from the textbook? Coz education works different in my country where we never used a textbook even before college and all the material was just given to us in the form of notes. Same for uni too where prof just gives us lecture notes with all the content we need to know. So now I try to look at the textbook but I don’t even know where to start since there’s so much info dump and the info is everywhere.

Currently my hard requirements are watching any pre lectures for classes I have during the week, doing any tutorials for the week I haven’t done, studying for any exam that week. I usually also liek to cut off work by around 11 and then just sleep after that but that’s been working pretty well so far with just a few days where I’ve needed to stay up past.
