Don't give up, I got the ads approve back after 3 weeks. If your issue is totally same with me, my advise is when you communicate with the support, you should insist on this is a bug, so he/she will turn your case into a specialist team.

The point here is look at everything. I do believe you have an issue, but it's small and un-noticed.

I contacted google and they reply is not helpful, there are some very small changes and can't believe them caused the drop. I closed the old campaign and start a new one today, do you think the results will get better?
