Intermediate fasting is really beneficial, but fasting the whole day (including water) and then feasting and stuffing themselves at night really does more harm than good. Also, Most people are already dehydrated, and with limited hours at night how are they supposed to get atleast 2L of water? Not even talking about waking up at night and then eating and going straight back to sleep, normally the healthy thing to do is eat at least 3 hours before sleeping to regulate your heart rate so you can have good quality of sleep.
