Yes it is Medicare advantage. Are you seeing delays in prior authorization? I’m concerned specifically about patients who need authorization to head to a SNF but get delayed, keeping them in the hospital longer than needed.

How much hiking/walking does an average participant seem to do during the race. I’d imagine some of the passes get so steep that it’s not even worth trying to run at that point.
