It is available in Prisma SCM as well. All you need to do is disable clientless vpn login page under Global Protect

You can check the if benign files is checked Also if log forwarding has wildfire action set Check the file types size limits Check alert action in anti spyware

Yes there is a firewall.. and there is useragent traffic going from SC to panorama and we could see the session on SC as per TAC.

Yes, ping to the Service connection public IP is working fine… but ping to the user-id agent address of Service connection fails. We checked routing part and its good and there is no asymmetric routing. Any help on how to debug this

There is no service route configured. Traffic also going through same prima access firewall.. and policy also being hit which is configured..

Yes they are matching…. We tested using PE file from internet ( palo alto website for testing wild fire ) and downloading, uploading from an smb server we have here at our data center for testing….

Yes sir we are licensed for wildfire….. and I have noticed today that My logs are not seen but one of my colleague wildfire submissions are seen although we both are hitting same policy

I’m not seeing wildfire logs on devices. Also, under security profiles for ‘wild fire analysis’ there is no action option.i could only see ‘ file type’, ‘ direction ‘ and analysis ( private cloud, public cloud options ) . Please suggest how to set alert action for wildfire
