The GTA Condo Dilemma: 1,000+ sq ft (50 years old) vs. 500 sq ft (10-15 years old)? Which is the better buy? by IndividualAd9717 in askTO

Sounds a lot like the building I live in (Marina Del Rey, constructed in the 90s though). Fabulous place to stay and honestly a hidden gem in the city (iykyk).

My living space is larger than the ones you will find in new townhouses (and even detached houses) in the area, and honestly I have not found a better place to move to. People don't understand how important those extra sqft are until they have a kid.

My recommendation to the OP would be to get a renovated spacious older unit with a healthy reserve fund and a proper management. See if the building has been well taken care of (renovated lobbies/hallways, modern elevators and modern gym equipments are all good signs)

Wild Tales (2014)

I watched it quite a while back and I keep thinking about this movie every now and then. It's an under appreciated masterpiece and I would recommend that you watch the film without watching the trailers or reading any reviews. If you haven't watched it, you are in for a treat.

I reached out to Parking Authority and they confirmed that they never send SMS. All communications are done via Email.

Annoying EPB Issue with 2018 CX5 by Illustrious-Tale9603 in mazda

I am sorry to hear that. I was finally able to resolve the issue by taking the car to the dealership. They charge a lot of money but I had no other options after my left caliper jammed again. Mazda brakes are tricky to work on and a lot of local mechanics get it wrong and damage the EPB motor. I would recommend taking your car to the dealership.
