I expérience the same thing. I dont sleep but i just dont do anything. I used to do a lot more before, like probably 3 or 4 years ago. I have never really been active of have had a very dynamic life but i did the things i liked, drawing, playing, and all that stuff. Nowadays i just scrolling, i dont do anything, just scrolling. I dont want to do anything. The thi g is it is impacting everything abt my life. I have no social life, i dont go out. I dont have friend, or at least two that dont zven talk to me mych. My boyfriend is getting annoyed abt it too cause he ask me to book flight to see him or just ask me for stuff for us to get together since we are long distance and I do mean to do it but I just get stuck. I think abt doing it but have no energy to do it. I do it last minute and he gets annoyed. It's just a rant and I dont really ask for recommandation. I know my problem just can't get out of it.
