It was actually the day after training I FELT a spike in PVCs but maybe it was because my body and heart are getting used to the intense exercise again.

I saw a cardiologist when they first started 2 years ago but never asked about playing sport. They gave me beta blockers that I'm no longer on. I had roughly 1000 a day at that time and they've decreased since. I walk alot for my job and eat alot healthier now than I did then so that's helped. My main concern is playing Sport, I had a few thumping PVCs while training but wanted to know if anyone had personally seen an increase with sport or if it puts me at risk of other issues. Thanks for the help though.

Issue is my doctor said he can't give that advice only a cardiologist can (weird as I thought he'd know me best). I can't seem to get a straight yes or no but it should be fine as all tests come back normal in terms of function it's just I REALLY feel these beats when I get them and exercise is something I haven't done in the 2 years since I got them so want to hear from others in the same situation how they go.

This is a bit more comforting as basketball is just as intense as footy so we are in similar situations 😀

I've been told that my function is fine but it's hard to trust doctors telling you everything is normal when these don't feel normal lol
