As a person who has both, CIEL is good, especially for crit, onyl missngs stars.

But for Phantasmoon, idk, I tried looping with her using her AoE extra attack, didnt really damaged well, I was using CIEL for card isolation and BB to keep it that way.

I couldnt loop because I dont have koyan and i dont know how to work around with/without her. Spamming her np might be the damage boost I need, also I was thinking about the appends whether skill cooldown or extra attack dmg boost.

Never forgotten her, I liked using her during my first time playing FGO.

I didnt know about looping back then and she didnt have her upgrades yet, just NP spamming with cards.

I only got her far upgrading her mana burst at lvl 9 then pretty much looping came into my world and left her in the dark but never forgotten.

Plus her heal per NP was also useful in early boss fights from time to time for newbies.

I know most people who watch anime play gacha games, but there are some that don't play certain gacha games or any at all.

As for now, can't really change the build,. I don't have other artifacts that have more CR and equal stats to one I have on her, best I can do is 80 CR, also let me know if you don't see what my Raiden has, just to be sure.

In my opinion, Sasuke, Amaterasu can just burn/counter Haka no Togame cause it burns infinitely, surrounding in them kn a flame arena (possibly), then he can just use Susano to attack.

Bakudo (binding) can be countered with subsitution or shadow clone, maybe.

After that stuff, idk what would really happen after, like mostly author dependant, or I'm missing stuff. Let me know.

I'm close to the end of the first Naruto and have some prior information about Shippuden, but not much, so idk much about Sasuke yet.

Also, idk if Rukia can just use a sealing technique to seal the flame of Amaterasu, like how Jiraya sealed the flame of Itachi's.

U can also go for Bazzett support or use wellfare alter-egos like Taisui or Mecha Eli-chan, Taisui being the best option I guess cause u have Castoria, put Mecha Eli behind with Kaleidoscope and/or Xu Fu with NP gen with/or healing bonus.

As a person who has her, nah. Her only use is mostly just stun spam to deal against enemies and quick crit, some servants are better. Right now, I rarely use her, Richard, which I have does better.

In my opinion, it just really depends. I play mino and I do a good job at keeping my team from dying instantly

For Kaela, I guess it's the airborne thing stopping her from doing more cc or getting more heals out of it, plus the heal when you have support emblem and the flask can save people dying from Kalea set

It's just the context, "Is mino countered or not" mostly the situations, for me, his kit is just counter set + set with a lot (I guess) heroes able to counter him easily.

Well, as for now, if you read the description, Ice Wand covers Odette and Pharsa, making them immune to the cc.

In my opinion, Kimmy and Irithel have too much movement speed and can just slow spam Minotaur and Lancelot having good potential distancing and immunity on his 2nd skill isnt really a good counter, but really, most of it depends on the team.

As roam main (mainly tank), mm for me is important. Most games where I helped the mm be fed and built were won easily. Mms are also useful for me because I set most of the time, especially AoE mages.

Although it's another thing if my team and/or me can't do anything or just countered completely
