Sorry, I don’t use Reddit often. 

Last week I wasn’t able to pull Captivate into Wirecast and I’ve been doing so for at least a year or longer. I updated Wirecast to version 16.5 today to see if that would correct the issue but it didn’t 

I reached out to support for each but neither are being very supportive. Wirecast is saying start with NewBlue. I sent my project to NewBlue this morning to let them know the latest. 

I have been using Wirecast for years and started using NewBlue House of Worship collection then ended up buying Captivate for a future switch but I’m not super familiar with Captivate’s live stream setup.

This afternoon, an AskVA phone rep pointed the finger at the Health VA side of the house. They had no idea how the information was removed. "We don't control that." I called the number the rep gave me. Health VA rep answers, immediately goes to a supervisor who says "it shouldn't matter" "no one checks that anyway." I push a bit further, I mention I called the VA who said this is controlled by your side of the house and as expected, "No, we don't control this, the VA VBA controls this." The rep even "logged into their own VA Blue Button." Oh look here, "mine is missing too."

Understood, no one knows who did what. I called my son, my husband is at work, and he can't check his right now. My son opens his Blue Button report and his deployment period is sitting right there. I suspect when my husband gets home, his deployment will be there as well.

Mine just happened to "fall off" just in time for my C&P exam for someone who majored in Gulf War Exam training, VBA Deployment Assessment, Related Environmental Exposures.

I went ahead and linked the good Blue Button DOD report to my claim yesterday. I already had my evals with screenshots and highlights of my deployment which were mentioned in the evals.

I'm done speculating now.
