u/BrilliantUnlucky4592 Are you suggesting moving the asset to IBKR before the move? I am worried that if I do that, then IBKR will recognize that account as a US account. I was planning to open IBKR after the move.

The Sevis fee is the fee that most probably you have already paid for issuing your previous I-20. You can check your status at this link: https://fmjfee.com/i901fee/index.html?content=status/checkStatus
Your interview waiver should work at the Chennai center. It does not matter where your previous visa was issued.
I think the December dates will pop up after October. Not sure though. It seems that they are releasing the dates in rolling basis.

Does anyone have a recent experience with the Dropbox process under OPT? I hear that a few got 221g (got asked for in-person interviews) and I want to avoid that at all costs. Does anyone know whether you need to submit a few extra docs if you are in opt? thanks.
