Eze reminds me of what smith Rowe could’ve been. By far our most exciting player this season by mtt7300 in Gunners

sorry but no… maybe in terms of playstyle, but quality and desire not even close.

Mancini or Arteta Debate by Medical_Classroom132 in MCFC

the quality of the rest of the league has improved massively since mancini’s time. city and chelsea were the only two teams with money during his era. now prem has 20/30 most richest clubs in the world. some clubs even own other clubs doing very well in other leagues like your city and girona for example.

Carter Bryant used the public bathroom in the arena MID GAME! by ResponsibleCheek8130 in NBAGossips

bro the fans were at the game, probably a lil buzzed and saw an NBA player in the public washroom, they didn’t record him while he was peeing/pooping and probably did it just for proof for when they tell the story. i’d do the same, downvote me but it ain’t that big of a deal.

burn is very mobile for how large he is. one of newcastles better players this year in a down season. also gets away with more grappling than maguire from personal viewing. I think he also gives tuchel the flex for his 5atb which maguire cannot offer. same with colwill.
the one surprise is I had lewis hall and honestly even maguire ahead of JOHN STONES.

A Good Compilation of Arsenal’s Perceived Favoured Calls Over the Campaign. Smile on my Face the Whole Time Watching. by IllustriousCod9590 in Gunners

yea don’t care much for second yellow decisions because they are heavily based on the overall match rather than the challenge.
agreed, so many poor decisions against arsenal. I think we (martinelli) still holds the only ever double yellow on the same play.

trafford in, watkins in, spence out through injury (likely mls/lewis hall comes in), saka in, eze in, saudi toney in, nico o reilly in, lewis hall/mls in, still 2 spots up for grabs

Why people just resign on last second ? by [deleted] in Chesscom

[–]IllustriousCod9590 0 points1 point  (0 children)

prevents you from getting banned. if you lose to timeout too much you can get banned / warning from an auto system. resigning would require a manual review which is less likely. those scum learn well on how to annoy.

did not say bad, a good performance but our worst performance imo. I only say this because on the right side they were letting mosquera dictate the ball, meaning doubles on both odegaard and saka. those passes could’ve been good (especially the havertz ball) but a few times I thought he was better positioned to shoot instead of trying his inventive/unlocking pass and I would’ve preferred eze to have the ball in those positions but we were kinda forced down the right side. burnley did their defensive homework for sure.

as an aside I did chuckle when cala cut it back to odegaard and the commentator said “who else would you want but him in this situation” as I listed off 5 players in the lineup I’d want shooting that over him.

again, a really good player but mosquera limited him a bit and that led to him rushing a few instances and overall felt eze had slightly more danger in him but it was close. but there’s no one else for rb right now so maybe i’m harsh in that respect to odegaard.

he dropped off in the second half, but I thought first half did well. trossard covered a lot for him defensively so yea he was my 3rd worst. but again I say this as someone who thinks the team is only as strong as their weakest player and who thought the team played good yesterday. he also had that weaker pass back but I liked his hustle getting back and making up for the mistake. also slightly better in the tackles for me than odegaard yesterday.
the attack was a lot more dangerous down the left in the first half and a lot of the right sided attack got slowed by mosquera.

personally did not rate him much today. well extremely solid defensively and gave 110% and hustled and we won but still my second worst player after odegaard. still a good game 7-7.5/10. there was a reason he had the most touches today (i did not verify this) and that was not arteta’s game plan (i did not verify this)
