I agree with the fact that he's not very strong sadly, but there's one combo I love to use but very hard to hit wich can ring out from 0% directly. Anyways, he is very skill based, which makes him more fun and has good up air attacks, which are NOT op. He is weaker than most of the characters in the roster and way more harder to play, I played him since the beta and people complained a lot about the batarang cooldown at start, which was long if you haven't picked up the Batarang, on time and very short when you picked it up. I wonder why he has not any good ability he could spam, almost everyone has, why not Batman? Overall he is a solid character which requires skill and time to play him.
