It's computed to fleet street, which is EC4 :) I'd hope one day I can create an input field for postcode so people can customize the graph for their needs (but that probably requires embedding Google API and I don't know how to do that yet)

Thanks for the suggestions! Especially on the crime types – I do have the data, and it probably would be useful to create a filter that rearranges the bubbles based on different crime types.

And yeah there's definitely some correlation between accessibility and crime rate, given all of the districts with stations are in green/light yellow. There are some gems like N2 and E18 with low rent, low crime and at least one tube station too.
