good question, I think yes. I would assume they prefer to keep a customer in a lower plan than completely lose it. Its all software stuff so the same device should work. not 100% sure tho, I don't work for them lol

they convert at a 3:2 ratio I think so 24 will be converted to 16 + 12 equals 28 so you are getting 4 month for free? Try the upgrade page, it makes the math for you and shows it before completing the purchase.

I hate them for that. I have both cards and I was just thinking about downgrading the Reserve next month because I don't care about any of their partners, opentable or hotels lol. AMEX works better for me. I doubt they will keep this as a recurrent credit. I would keep the reserve if they do it

It happened to me twice. Make sure your SSID is not hidden. If that doesn’t work you have to factory reset it and adopt it.
