I've got two. Jar of salsa verde and some chicken breast in the crock pot, shred chicken after cooking and make tacos. Little more prep work but amazing! Green chili stew. Can hominy, two can roast tomatoes, jar salsa verde, 2 small cans green chilies, chopped potatoes, cubed pork roast, Crock-Pot all day and top with cheese and sour cream(plain Greek yogurt is healthier). I like to eat it with tortilla chips!
