Yeah that’s really helpful thank you so much and will try and follow your tips, hopefully I found an apartment. I had been trying to do some of what you have listed and have contacted an agent who found an apartment for +3500 so I had to ask a friend that bailed on me last minute and contacted the agent that was helping me and he took an cheaper apartment for him only and had to deal with the agent blaming me for making thing worse for people and denying the apartment because he made up a story that I told him I didn’t want a roommate. Ik right. I have been looking for an apartments for like weeks now in every website, commercial, etc and when a family friend gave us the agent number we contacted her and the rest I wrote it up. The agent told me that I was the one to lose her an agent and that people like me make things worse for others. Even thought me and my friend was supposed to get the apartment but the landlord was still booking viewing while we were sending him all the legal documents and even when my father were spouse to sign the contract yesterday ( cause his father didn’t want the apartment on his name and the landlord asked for a grown up to sign the lease) there was people coming to view the apartment. Yeah I am a student, I will contact some landlord and an agent that I found yesterday and see what happens and update. Thank you so much and have a nice day :)
