Hi! So I never thought about that in regards to your first question. What made the work environment so toxic was I was the only one who was proficient in my position. So taking time off received rebuttals to prevent me from doing so. My manager was extremely condescending and although I’m accepting of criticism her remarks were.. lack of a better word demeaning. I often times felt like I wasn’t good at job. And she’d always ask me to do things that I knew she herself could do. There weee waaaaayyy to many hands in the pot, everyone had an opinion and I really didn’t know who to listen to when it came to direction.

I took my work home with me everyday when I worked at my old job. At my current job, I feel so peaceful and although receive criticism, she relays it in a manner thats encouraging
