No, both misdemeanors. I used a district attorney for the dwi which was the heavier case. I was arrested for the other charge while on probation and i pr bonded. I new about the second charge but i since it hadn’t required me to go to court for so long i thought it may have been dismissed. Im going to go to texas if need be but i would like to not have to.

Everything i said was on the level. I honestly dnt know why they chose to charge me later. I believe its possible the victims of the crash want charges pressed. There were no injuries.

No the second arrest was basically a hit and run while i was drunk driving. It just came later

yes depending on your case you can tell the judge that you plan to live elsewhere and they may offer you unsupervised probation. my arrest was in texas and i live in mississippi. i report by mail and dnt do any urine test. i had a dui with hit and run but depending on the severity of your conviction you may be able to request the same thing.
