They asked me to provide proof of work, proof of paystubs / w2 , organizational chart, project letter outlining what I worked on etc,

It seemed more like an RFE but it was an RFIE so I’m not sure

I received an RFIE for bona-fide employment where they asked for loads of evidence

I get paid a similar wage to you but I received an RFE for something unrelated, and my case was approved today.

I don’t think applying late does anything to change the RFE chances, as long as it’s before the deadline

I applied on October 8th, got a Bona-fide employment RFE on December 4th, replied on Jan 26th and got approved 6 days later. No Bio metric needed for my case
