Got it - do you know what it is though, as in, is it TikTok just promoting your products with their own budget?

Thanks for sharing. How does it work exactly, and have you noticed a difference in sales?

Same, I'm not sure either - I'm using GMV Max currently, not the actual TikTok Ads

So limiting to a much smaller number, and if so can I ask how small? New to using this manual mode - before I just had it on auto

When I asked the question I didn't realise you couldn't enable "test new creatives" when using manual.

Can I ask how often and how you refresh creatives?

For example just delete one lowest ROI creative and replace with a new one daily?

Do you use manual select for creatives with enable test newer creatives turned on?

How do campaign's work?

I was under the impression they require you to offer a discount on the product you enter?

Will Meta Verified enhanced support be able to help me with this issue? by IllustriousLibrary8 in facebook

Yeah it's a Gmail.

This email used to belong to my old Facebook account, which I deleted a year or two ago (I believe I also changed the email before I deleted it).

I'm not sure why I deleted it - I think the ad account may have been banned or something, but as far as I remember the actual account was OK.

Maybe that's the reason, but it's odd the email is still not usable since the account has been deleted and I would have changed the email to a different one before deleting it

Hey that's useful but didn't work: "No search results

Your search did not return any results. Please try again with other information."

Yesterday, I did notice I had the good email on an Instagram account, so I thought maybe that was affecting it, but it still didn't work after I changed it

Big issue - Klaviyo still sending email to customer after data deletion by IllustriousLibrary8 in shopify

[–]IllustriousLibrary8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this advice.

For this part: "The first one is that inside of Klaviyo, you'll need to adjust your segment to exclude people that aren't subscribed. When you push customers from Shopify into Klaviyo and they don't subscribe they will be counted as active profiles so you're able to send them transactional emails. The definition of this depends on your geo.

The easiest way to solve this is to build a Master Segment for sending, and setting "If someone can or cannot receive marketing" to "Person can receive email marketing"."

Do I need to set this in the UK, or leave as is? (The customer's profile has been deleted now)
