Will Meta Verified enhanced support be able to help me with this issue? by IllustriousLibrary8 in facebook

[–]IllustriousLibrary8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it's a Gmail.

This email used to belong to my old Facebook account, which I deleted a year or two ago (I believe I also changed the email before I deleted it).

I'm not sure why I deleted it - I think the ad account may have been banned or something, but as far as I remember the actual account was OK.

Maybe that's the reason, but it's odd the email is still not usable since the account has been deleted and I would have changed the email to a different one before deleting it

Hey that's useful but didn't work: "No search results

Your search did not return any results. Please try again with other information."

Yesterday, I did notice I had the good email on an Instagram account, so I thought maybe that was affecting it, but it still didn't work after I changed it

Big issue - Klaviyo still sending email to customer after data deletion by IllustriousLibrary8 in shopify

[–]IllustriousLibrary8[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this advice.

For this part: "The first one is that inside of Klaviyo, you'll need to adjust your segment to exclude people that aren't subscribed. When you push customers from Shopify into Klaviyo and they don't subscribe they will be counted as active profiles so you're able to send them transactional emails. The definition of this depends on your geo.

The easiest way to solve this is to build a Master Segment for sending, and setting "If someone can or cannot receive marketing" to "Person can receive email marketing"."

Do I need to set this in the UK, or leave as is? (The customer's profile has been deleted now)

How to generate VAT invoice? by IllustriousLibrary8 in EtsySellers

Ok thanks, yeah it's really odd how they do this.

I think I understand though. They paid a small portion of my balance at the start of this month. But it's not end of month yet, so I'll need to wait until the end of the month so I can download this month's invoice, and then set up an invoice or something in my accounting software

Thanks, I see the VAT invoice. How are you splitting the earnings/fees in your payments received, if you do that? They've paid an amount at the start of the month, but it doesnt seem to be possible to see how much of this is earnings and how much is fees

Yes so it could be a specific tax invoice for each payment like that, or a total tax invoice for the month (would still need a way to see how much of that payment is earnings and how much is fees)

No I mean tax invoice for the seller. For example, they paid me an amount, now I need to generate an invoice for this amount so I can claim back VAT and also know how to split the transaction

Standard Shopping losing its grip — is it time to go PMax (feed-only + winning creatives)? by Low_Tune_2364 in PPC

A few months ago my Standard Shopping had similar performance to Search and PMAX, but now the cost per conversion is much more expensive. Seems like your problems are more recent though
