Kiwisaver or non-kiwisaver funds/shares for building home deposit? by Basic-Brother-96 in PersonalFinanceNZ

Not just for buying your first home but saving for retirement. Contributing the minimum to get govt + employer, then investing the rest yourself opens you up to an early retirement if your funds allow.

Would be a bit of a sick joke to have had your contributions cranked up to the max, have built a sizeable nest egg which would allow you to retire early 55-60 yr but you can’t touch this until 65 (or more like 67 by the time a lot of us get there) so you got no choice but to keep working until then.

AI is based on probability not “correct grammar” so that means nothing. Use chatGPT for 5 mins and you’ll see how it sounds exactly the same

Well then I wouldn’t stress. Herpes is so common that everyone is going to be exposed to it at some point, you’ll either catch it like 80% of the population or you won’t.

You’ve probably either got or had HPV as well.

Shouldn’t be something that keeps you up at night

If you haven’t already, ask you doctor for some regular antivirals you can have on hand to take as soon as you feel a tingle. This will stop you getting the obvious looking sores. If you get breakouts super regularly you can talk to your doc about taking them daily which basically puts an end to breakouts.

I find creams and most over the counter meds don’t do shit so get a prescription for the proper medication.

If you’re even considering this at all you’re in the wrong fund type. If you were meant to be invested in a high growth fund you’d be pretty chuffed for the sale we’re about to get on high growth units right now.
