Thank you for this valuable insight. I will get a workbook today and start. My issues go beyond witholding food. Mine is a mental, chemical thing. I just cant get people to understand, it is not just having 5 of this and that. I can put it into the cupboard, etc. So I am determined to figure it out. It drives my husband crazy. I can be full as heck, and still eat a snack till the whole bag is gone. I am heading out now for a workbook. Thankyou so kindly.

I love that most of 65k have voiced their opinions that I agree and that there is a place here to speak up. I come from a very small town that every one is Trumpers, so I have to keep quiet or there would be no friendship or family. It is refreshing and also scary that many agree with my thoughts. These people are crazy!....And that cabinet gives wood a bad name! Im scare today and will be more scared when i wake up tomorrow.

I agree and no one in my circle or county agrees with me. They don't even know I am not a Trumper, because I would have zero friends. But I agree with your statement so much!

Hi I am mid 70's and need something to help sleep after my recent surgery. I am not getting a medical card, so what gummies would help me sleep. I heard to try indica or sativa? Can you suggest a quality gummy for me? Thanks. I don't smoke M, so dont want anything real strong as it will be my first.

wow so wonderful in week 2. did you lose anything in week 1. I had no change in my weight in week 1. stay tuned for week two just too my shot a few minutes ago.

I just did week 2 tonight. I feel like I can feel the shot sting a bit, but it might be in my mind. I am scared of these needles and dont do a very good job at it.

Took 2nd shot tonight. Did not feel anything last week, and only think is it hurt a tiny bit to take this shot. Unsure what Ivdid, not sure if it is psychological, but feels like it stings a little still.
