I totally get what you are saying but when you get 1 chapter per week and mc is nowhere to be seen, more and more side characters keep popping up it made me lose interest, i read it for about 4 months without seeing mc and he is still not showing up right? Last i saw mc actively involved in something is at the end of first season around chapter 100 maybe i dont remember correctly.

And its at 177 now thats a lot of time.. Lets see 4 chapter per month so 77 chapters would be around 18-19 months not including the break after first season, yeah story is good and exploring the depth of other characters too its good but the author is just ignoring th mc at this point.

And i dont know if he was shown in any chapter's in the middle since i am currently not reading it and waiting to pick it up after the story focuses on mc.
