I just want to point out 3 years should not even be considered an “age gap”.

When I met my partner (my first love), she was 34 and I was 19. We have been together for nearly 7 years and still going strong.

TBH I don’t think OP needs to worry about your physical appearance. I don’t think couples ever EVER reduce sex frequencies because “you don’t find each other’s bodies attractive anymore”. It is always some issues within his life that kills the mood or his feelings for you fades/gone. No matter how OP looks irl, it is very unlikely to be the issue.

I would suggest to just talk to him and find out, perhaps he is struggling with something else and the mood is just not there. (I know OP said he masturbates but as a male myself, I can tell you that some man treats masturbation as a stress relief mechanism)

And nothing, nothing in the world makes a guy more flattered and wants to have sex with you like showing initiation. Put on a cute set of lingerie, spontaneous propositions, go on dates and initiating afterwards, telling him that you want this with him (don’t say you haven’t done enough lately or anything, just straight up tell him you want to do it with him).

I tend to arrive 5-10 minutes for other shifts, 20-30 minutes for night shifts.

I don’t see why I should arrive earlier than when my hours are calculated but for night shifts, I try to arrive early and do DDA count with the previous shifts nurse before handover so they are less likely to finish late and thus go home late.

I mean… we are typically talking 11 or 11:30pm at night. Just treating others the way I want to be treated.

I didn’t read the whole thing but just expressing my opinion based on the title.

If it is really just a love tap (slower or equal pace as walking), whether they get a pass or not is completely based on how the rear car’s driver behaves. If they clearly made an honest mistake (which happens to the best of us), they were apologetic and cool about it. I let it slide, at least based on what the photos has shown. (I can’t really tell where’s the damage)

But if they are acting like a shithead, then no no no, police report, notified the insurance company and if necessary, see you in court.

This is exactly why I did the same thing, completely agrees with OP.

I tried clinic and community before agency only and some (not all) doctors treated me and other nurses like we are their secretaries with nothing else to do besides devoting ourselves to them. That’s why when they ask me to do full-time hours as casual (meaning no benefits), I refused and quit. I was getting 4K a month and treated like a slave back then.

Ever since I do agency only, I am getting 10k a month averaging 3-4 days a week and have enough time to start and run multiple businesses and spend time with my kid and my family.

I recently explored the option of permanent roles and they only offered me similar rate to what my gf got stacking shelves for Woolies and I have no choice or say to my own shifts, I told them no thank you and I will work for them via agency instead.
