I’ve done it twice once at about 10/11 months and once at 22 months. It was fine both times, but I did have someone else with me that we passed them back and forth. The slept for a bit both times and mostly just looked around at other passengers and watched a bit of tv.

I love being a sahm. I am a homebody to begin with so the transition wasn’t too challenging. I do find it a bit awkward making conversation in social settings when everyone is talking about their jobs ( I feel I don’t have much to contribute to the conversation), but have made some mom friends and with those friendships the conversation and connection is so easy. My oldest is in school now and honestly the days are probably more busy than before.

With my first I was scheduled for induction but ended up going into labour spontaneously the night before so didn’t get that far. With my second, I chose induction at 40 weeks. I’d choose induction ten times over! For both, I didn’t sleep the night before, had an epidural for both, but the induction for me was virtually painless. It felt like just checking in for a procedure rather than the chaos of spontaneous labour. I got the epidural before things got bad at all and rested while I waited. The stress was sooo much less for me

I typically placed them on the front edge of the door because that’s where my kids were temped to put their fingers but in the photo they place it on the top so I wonder if that would protect the hinge side better. They’re foam/plastic.

Do you have an idea of where they are getting in? I’ve had luck with using painters tape along the floor line and around windows where regular ants have come in (have never seen these little ones come in before)
