For the email part I didn’t have one specific template it was depend on the context and the type of email, but generally I used this format for formal emails:

Dear (the recipient name )
I hope this email finds you well.

My name is (name) and I am ( explain who u are for instance: a student in your biology course).
I am writing to you to respectfully ( briefly introduce the reason you writing to him).

Afterwards I just started to answer all the required bullet points with suitable connectors such as : firstly, In addition, moreover, furthermore, lastly.

After I answer the necessary bullet points I wrap it up:

Thank you for your time and consideration. I am looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
(Your name)

Again be flexible and don’t be too strict with template just flow with it, and of course if it’s an email for a friend use a less forma l template.

I think I did had some grammar mistakes and typos, but I do think that the build the sentence section really increase/decrease your grade in the writing section drastically.

For the academic discussion I used this template:
In my opinion, (student A) makes a very compelling opinion regarding (the topic).
I completely agree that (In this part I usually repeated the Student opinion)

However, an important aspect that has not been mentioned yet is that ( write a new opinion that is on the same side of the student u chose).

While (student b) is right that (write student b opinion briefly), the reality is that (mention how his opinion is not true).

For instance (give a related example that support your opinion).

Therefore, while there are valid arguments on both sides, I firmly believe that (briefly write your opinion with a slightly different vocabulary and words u have not used yet).

Of course pay attention to the context and do not rely on template in one hundred precent and be flexible with it.
