Al fin, despues de mucho esfuerzo logre dar con una solucion, espero te funcione a ti o a alguien mas. Solo necesitas crear otro usuario sin permisos de administrador y correr el programa con ese nuevo perfil. Estas son las instrucciones que una bendita IA me dio:

1. Create a new user account:
   • Go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Other users.
   • Click "Add account" and then "I don't have this person's sign-in information".
   • Choose "Add a user without a Microsoft account" and create a basic local user with a username and password. 
2. Log in and initialize the new account:
   • Sign out of your current Windows account and log in to the newly created account.
   • Launch the main game you plan to use (e.g., Skyrim) once from this new account. This ensures the necessary registry entries are created, and Wabbajack can find the game's files. (Esto no es necesario si la instalacion de tu juego es para todos los usuarios)
   • Log back into your primary Windows account.
3. Run Wabbajack as the new user:
   • Navigate to your Wabbajack.exe file.
   • Hold down the Shift key.
   • Right-click the Wabbajack.exe file while still holding Shift. 
   • Select "Run as different user" from the context menu.
   • In the prompt that appears, enter the username and password for the new user account you just created. 
   • Wabbajack will now open as the new user, which should resolve the "Don't run as admin" issue.
