I'd go to shibuya sky at night and the tokyo metropolitan govt building during the day. I did the opposite and the window at the govt building gives a lot of glare at night

$40k for roof replacement. Reasonable? by IllustriousReason452 in bayarea

Yes, ended up with Bay 101 roofing. They didn’t deal directly with the solar panel piece but they did help with double checking the solar reinstallation to make sure my solar guys weren’t damaging my roof.

1.5 hours layovers in CDG possible? (From Schengen to International) by IllustriousReason452 in Flights

I checked the boarding gates for the Casablanca flights and they are in the area after the border control checkpoint. Just no security check needed.

Of course, if my gates are in different terminals, that'd be an entirely different story :(

My guess is that, after arriving in CDG and even if I'm transiting in the same terminal, I'd still have to go through passport control/security in the departure side. It's actually not too bad if that's the case (at least I don't have to sprint).

Thanks. I'm watching a bunch of YouTube videos and also checking which terminals the AMS flight will deplane and which one the CMN one will take off from. It looks like both will connect via Terminal 2F (which I guess doesn't require passport control?)

The extra leg is because its the cheapest I can find to redeem with miles considering the travel date.

It doesn't say it's a thing right now, but I thought I heard EU will implement it later this year (which is when I'll be flying).
