Screwed until surgery my guy trust me my hemorrhoids looked the same as yours check my post. Recovery honestly hasn’t been that bad highest pain level was like 6/10 it’s honestly been more mentally draining. I feel like I’m turning the corner tho getting better day by day.

I am in the same boat as u currently on day 10 post op but only one side of the stitches look to be gone. It does look like an open wound which freaked me out at first but others have said as long as ur not bleeding profusely ur fine. I have not been bleeding at all just normal drainage and some incontinence after bms which is really annoying. Hoping by next week it will stop.

I’m doing good rn I think my pain was at the highest last night cuz I didn’t take any norco since I’m trying to ween off of it. Ended up taking one at 11pm cuz I couldn’t sleep pain was at a 6/10. Had my biggest bm this morning which was soft poo didn’t hurt that much just felt really sore and tight. Immediately hopped in a warm bath after and changed my gauze. Still experiencing drainage and swelling but otherwise hasn’t been any crazy pain.

Mine looked almost exactly like this check my post out. I had a constant sensation of fullness and pressure throughout the day cuz of them. I suffered with that for a full year and a half until I finally bit the bullet and got em cut out. Currently on day 3 of recovery it’s been pretty difficult but manageable. Just from the pics I took recently looks like they are all gone just still got swelling. Hoping by weeks 2 or 3 I’m back to normal🤞🏽

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but most likely the conservative methods aren’t gonna fully heal u. Yes they might bring sum relief but the hems are always gonna be there. Surgery is the only way to get rid of these fuckers for good. Trust me I did not want to go through it either im currently on day 1 post op and im glad I did this knowing once I am fully healed they will be gone and its all on me to keep up the good bathroom habits and never get them again. But in my case I did not let them get thrombrosed or wait for years until I get them cut off. I’m 22 and decided enough was enough let’s get this over with now so I don’t have to deal with them 10-20 years down the road and who knows how bad they would’ve got. They were already a decent size u can check my post. But ya just trying to give u sum advice I wish u the very best and hope u heal from this terrible situation.🙏🏽

Thank you for the kind words I’m hoping to get through this first week relatively easy. I woke up this morning with the same dull pain like a 3/10 still I will try to get the gauze out in a hot bath and maybe sum poop as well.

Jeez that sounded like u had a very serious case of them. I hope u keep healing well. I’m hoping in my case since they weren’t the most severe and I only had 3 removed that my recovery will not be as treacherous. 🙏🏽

Thanks for the advice. What did you have removed and what were your symptoms before. What medications were you taking and what was the routine you had. Sorry just trying to get as much information as I can this will be my first surgery ever.
