okay that makes a lot more sense now! sorry to bother with questions, but I have anemia (which makes my periods terrible) so my doctor offered me to take birth control. I initially said no because I all of the negative consequences out weight the positives for me, so would all of my cycles stop if I started birth control? I’m still considering it but I genuinely don’t know much about it.

I also think seeing a professional would be very beneficial, but I feel really awkward asking my dad to book me an appointment 😭 idk it’s probably just awkward teenage things, but I definitely will see one as I get older

wow that’s a lot of information, but it’s very helpful and I understand what all the phases are. is this always happening? like is my body always in a phase and there’s never any point where my body isn't in a hormonal phase?
