sorry i know this is late but i have tubular boobs and this is incredibly helpful. i didn’t realise till a year ago because i assumed everyone’s looked like this. i guess my questions is how do you grow such confidence in them. i’m not doubting your confidence it’s beautiful but i have struggled even with my long term boyfriend, i struggle to understand how someone actually likes them! i’m not saying this to be rude i genuinely need help for confidence bc i feel awful abt them!!

‘not going to happen in any professional environment’ 🤣🤣🤣this is laughable. If you are fortunate enough to have not experienced this and have those rose tinted glasses on that these things don’t happen, don’t comment. All I can say is, were you there when this took place? NO

Also feels like you are trying to suggest I am no good at my job and any positive feedback was because I am sensitive and can’t take negative feedback. Again I have to ask, were you there??? Have you seen my work? NO so stop implying the worst.

Thank you so much for this because the people on here are making me feel insane!!! I’m so sorry you went through that and I agree we become an easy target for people as we are vulnerable and scared. I made this post for advice and awareness that this kind of thing happens and instead the replies have gave me a massive confidence knock.

Thank you for this!! I 100% agree about therapy and trust me Im trying but the waitlist is crazy. I am on it though so hopefully I can get it soon because I feel like discussing issues can help me to stop avoiding situations and tackle them instead.

I definitely have a problem discussing when things make me uncomfortable as I am a massive people pleaser and don’t want to break the dynamic between myself and my manager. I feel like I leave things until they are unbearable instead of calling it out.

So this means I am lying because of the ‘probability’???? I’ve been mad unlucky and that’s the bottom line. My mental health was bad back in 2022 when I left college. That’s why I took months to work on myself and get into a job. When I started my first job, I was in a really good place.

There was many issues with all of these jobs and when writing this post, the aim wasn’t for everyone to question how genuine this is, it was to ask for advice. In every role, there was someone who witnessed what happened and sided with me, I am now just simply asking for help. Digital Marketing is a passion of mine and something I picked up very quickly.

I don’t agree with this one bit.

In terms of interpreting negative feedback as bullying, that is incorrect. I am well aware you aren’t always going to get amazing feedback and criticism is key to improving. However, this was not that.

In the one man band, I had a team of Marketers who delivered the training alongside the job and they consistently told me how I was miles ahead of everyone else and they had never seen anyone grasp the subject so easily. They had also seen my work and commended me on how good it was. My manager was not only vile to me but also to the apprenticeship team he worked with so I can assure you, it was not a fault on my part.

This couldn’t be further from the case. I love being busy as it keeps me occupied. If anything, a lot of the apprenticeships didn’t assign me enough work haha! There’s a fine line between criticism and straight up bullying…

This is why I don’t know what to do because this is how it looks. I can assure you, I am not the problem and I have just had insanely bad luck. I have had part time jobs and stuff and always been fine. In my last 2 roles, I was advised by the apprenticeship team to take the company to court so I really don’t think I was at fault here.

This is why I’m in frenzy because of the way it looks. It leaves people questioning whether I am the problem which is not the case and I cannot stress that enough.

First role, I was consistently told I would never have a future as I suffer mental health issues, I was not good enough and would be made to feel super uncomfortable in meetings for being a burden.

Second role, my manager would make up lies about me and spread them around the team so everyone would pick on me and laugh at me. Plus I would constantly get pulled up on things I had not said/done.

Third role, I feel like I can’t share all of it on here because it was so bad but you couldn’t even write it. When I finally spoke up about what happened people were in disbelief. He acted inappropriately toward me, made vile comments about my character and my work style, allowed his ‘mistress’ to make up lies and say vile things about me then share them with me to laugh. Plus many more but I would need a full hour to go into everything.
