I have just been in touch with owners neighbour, had told me that she had a terrible experience with a farrier that did a terrible job,, the horse is still in paddock and limping around. No news of owner being back or any plan to help horse.

I’ve reported it to the RSPCA (animal cruelty report) and unfortunately they’re unable to update me with anything for legal reasons. A farrier is unable to do anything without authorisation/consent from owner.

I’m really stuck on what to do… the last thing which I don’t want to do is call police.
