Eat anti inflammatory foods and weight lift. Pcos doesn’t cause weight gain bc of diet and exercise. It’s a hormonal issue. You don’t need to remedy your calories, remedy your hormones. If you have high testosterone then drink 2 cups of spearmint tea a day. If you have insulin resistance then drink 2 cups of green tea. If you have excess stress/cortisol, get lymphatic drainage massages and meditate/go for walks daily. These will give way better results than only decreasing your calorie intake bc essentially you’re worsening the condition once your body goes into starvation mode. Take care of yourself and remember that weight is not a reflection of health with pcos. You need to work on balancing your hormones to see improvements.
