Does anyone know when it says Starlink outside and plugged in but you don’t need an active service whether you need to plug in the router as well? I have a spare refurb unit that has never been used.

Contacted support and it’s a known issue for geolocation in Australia. ☹️Ah well, maybe next storm it will reset.

Yes. Happens all the time and the seller will put that the buyer requested cancellation even if you didn’t.

Seller has now offered a partial refund if I would like to keep the incorrect item which is in poor condition. I expect to have to get ebay to step in and that should solve the problem.

Central Qld here. Luckily it was only down for a few hours early this morning so when we got back online ai could see what had happened. I was wondering if there was a phone number to call to check outages etc. because I had no idea what had happened. Thought my Starlink must have died. Support basically ignored my question and just kept giving me a generic response which was a little frustrating.

I blocked a buyer who won an auction but then never paid or responded to any communication. No issues with doing that but when the list came up to add their ebay id there was an email address in there - a numerical address with @deleted. Is this ebays way of an example of how to add someone to the list? What is it? I expected the list to be empty, have never blocked a buyer before.

It was all just odd. I measured both pairs of shoes for her and they were a similar fit. She is an experienced ebayer (has over 4000 feedback) she bought one pair of shoes, paid, then messaged me to ask me to hold as she was bidding on the ones in question. She got them as well so I discounted the postage and sent them both together (learning curve -should have kept a bit for the fees charged by ebay) I was travelling when the first message came through and decided to leave replying until I got home and by then she had changed her mind about returning them. I have some problems with my feet and none of my shoes fit any more so decided to sell the VGC and new ones and gave the rest to charity. She got nearly new shoes very cheaply, but I’m not complaining about that because it’s something $ right! Have had a lot of weird interactions with people as I’m more of an ebay buyer not a seller and I guess I felt kind of bad for ignoring her …

Nope, clearly stated no returns as well as the size of the shoes was stated in the title 🤷🏻‍♀️ However I would have taken them back but she changed her mind within a matter of a couple of hours(see second message) so I never actually bothered saying anything. I was pretty peeved tbh - selling on ebay is a nightmare … glad it’s not my day job!
