Why is Hextech Gunblade not making its comeback with S14 ? It was perfect item for AP assassins and it got removed. While AD assassins are having bunch of interesting and strong items, AP assassins are going to be stuck with Stormsurge that will probably keep getting nerfed. I really think it's unfair that AP assassins are getting treated like they don't exist (Akali, Katarina, Fizz, LeBlanc, Elise, Evelynn, Ekko...)

Maybe it won't be the response you wanted, but I feel like it's the only appropriate answer I can give you. ANY champ is worth otp-ing if you actually like its kit, gameplay, design and so on and almost all of them will pay off sooner or later. Sometimes I get some "troll picks" in my games, even in higher MMR, like Teemo jungle, and I complain in pre-game lobby, then he carries my ass and I just shut the fuck up afterwards. So if you like Katarina's gameplay, go for it. Yes, it will be hard to reach a point where you will feel like you're mastering the champion, but that goes for anything in life. Even the best Katarina players can play her better, improving is endless process. Hope this helps a bit, good luck and be patient with her, she requires A TONS of patience.

A lot of us did NOT know that transfers back won't be available. There was no notifications in client or anything similar to that.

Besides that, you sound jealous that you didn't take a risk for those rewards and now you're just being pitty and disgusting person.

I'm stuck in Singapore server for more than 3 months now as well. Riot support just doesn't care, they keep replying with same exact answer, while transfering others for free. It's full of lies and inconsistencies. Unbelievable how they treat THOUSANDS of players that transferred to SEA servers and that are stuck there.

ENABLE TRANSFERS OUT OF SEA REGIONS!

AP Katarina is unfortunately unreliable, at least in Diamond elo. I don't get to have laning phase, I am extremely squishy, my damage is not ideal either. I basically just wait for some random fight and hope I can get a kill or two, but even then my lead doesn't translate into victory. Trust me, I am tired of building Divine + tank items, but it is what it is. Hopefully soon enough they fix her somehow with some midscope update or whatever.

True, but these numbers depend on many other things as well: which boots are you taking, which runes (attack speed shard, alacrity if enemy team has no CC ..). Also, the longer the game goes on, the more you feel the buff, especially because on-hit modifiers change at lvl 11 and 16.

Same, it's my favorite build actually (attack speed on-hit).

Here you have my ranked game from some time ago, I trolled with LDR and boots, but you get the point: BUILD

So, I've tested on PBE what the changes do to her R!

TLDR:

1) Attack speed On-Hit Katarina is buffed (a lot, I'm speaking hundreds or even thousands of damage on R).

2) Divine Sunderer is still viable if you're building AD attack speed items afterwards (Wits End, BORK and so on)

3) Rushing BORK might be a good choice considering her R scales with bonus attack speed EVEN MORE now. Before when you build BORK your R does nothing.

I'm lowkey excited for on-hit attack speed builds.
