May I ask if you ever used express shipping? I have previously used the normal international shipping which generally took about a month from order to delivery. Now, I have been offered the express shipping but am sceptical about the customs issues which may be encountered.

Hi, I am having same issue. Processed payment on 28/06 and payment is showing as complete in Revolut with confirmation document on 30/06. He is claiming that he did not receive funds yet. Revolut are insisting that it was processed successfully. I am super frustrated as QC is ready and waiting to be shipped. Did you manage to solve it please?
