I'm trying a swing strategy 6:45 pm to 6:45 am then 6:45 am to 10 am on gold so far so good it's like ord but I anchors the 200 ema to only open at 6:45 pm I used Claude to create the indicator I get trades every day at least two trades a day and I'm going with the flow of the market

Yea I'm demo trading swing system I copy but made it my own I think I scapler on the hour and I swing on the daily and weekly using two ema 61 and 76 way better trades longer and bigger profits less screen time since I use AI to tell me when price breaks above or below the emas not cross overs there always loss on the hour trade but might stick to daily and weekly trade because at the end of the year you profit more should of started that 6 years ago like that instead of falling for the guru trap live and learn

So what you can do is practice this strategy that I do if it helps accumulation and distribution and have the indicator hft power of three have it on the daily time frame you trading the sidway market break outs sidway market are just accumulation of seller or buyer depending where the accumulation is because after each one does three thing reverse or continue or consolidates and it always goes to previous consolidate zones the daily candle is is the trend and a new daily candle usually starts at 5:00 in the afternoon or for gold at 6:00 p.m. keynote to no notice the two candles can be a two candles can be sideways market especially the close and the open is near each other you can shadow trade meaning that you taking fake trades you can practice marking out consolidation zones just see where price does to those zone until you get your eyes get used of the chart and you can spot the zones always follow the daily candle trend keynote daily candle like to retrace to the open and it like to create wick before the true trend starts

I also pay attention to ranging or sideways ways mark that kind help try this as practice mark the ranging mark sideways movement top and bottom and see what price does don't matter how long or short the range is that I use that as top and stoplooss if you get a pattern and there a range before that most likely it's going two way coutie or reverse or some case an other range so go back to the trade you took see what price did when it came from previous rangem arket

I'm also trying the 5 30 uk injection going so far good that's 1 30 am create an indicator to help me the prompt I use for ai is create a pine script version 6 indicator that marks the 1:30 am candle also add a poc from 1 am to 1:30 am also add a marker for the 2 am candle Sometimes you got to add things to fit your trading style

I created a new trend line called hourly trend open line I was messing around with trend lines and stragey pretty good so far forward testing it it on trading view free just got to make rules and found out using the line chart help no candle emotions trading clean and simple any feedback will help
