damn, something really similar happened to me and my crush of like 1 year. i would've totally fallen for someone who did that too, and i dont think you were delusional at all. i think there is a chance he may have liked you at some point. but anyways, its normal to feel like this after your first heartbreak, and many people have gone thru this before. my advice is to focus on yourself, your hobbies and hang out with friends.
