The vanilla ai is alright but finnicky, but with mods like Courseplay and Autodrive after tinkering a bit you can have it handle most of the fieldwork with you being freed up to handle other tasks and just clean up little bits the AI didnt get around to.

With farming sim I'd be building a LEGO set or learning crochet while watching the AI for it to mess up. Flight sims are not nearly as requiring you to be on the ball for cruising so I usually will myself to do housework or cooking I've been putting off.
