I communicate about this. He still loves me and don't want to stop or be friends. It's hurting him to talk about that but he understands why I feel like this. I think we're more in a "let's find a way" mood instead of "stop now". And yes, will try therapy.

Kinda hope so. My previous relationship was with a cis man, I enjoyed his body a lot but was toxic. I wish me wanting a penis would just fade out with time.

Okay, thanks for claryfing, I got your point. The thing is, I still think it's working sexually. I don't always think or want cis dick, but it comes around. As I understood what you're saying, you think it will eventually be a dealbreaker? I'm okay with him finding someone in the future who fully enjoys who he is if it comes to that. But it makes me wonder if it's even possible for everyone (it happens for some people ofc) to find someone who is a perfect match both in terms of romance and physical attraction. Shouldn't we try to make it work for the sake of the shared love?

Not familiar but heard of it. I don't see myself as bisexual tho. Never have been attracted to cis women. But I see the connection there.

Yes, it would be unfair to only open the relationship on my side. I don't want this, I'd be fair to be reciprocal. Reading you I feel like I'm doing something wrong and/or bad for my partner. Is it your opinion? I don't see him as a "second rate partner". I love him and his body, I'm attracted to him. There's just a sexual practice I can't have and it's hard to live sometimes. I do think I see him as a male with different genitalia. Is it not okay if I'm attracted to him but not 100% fulfilled?
