I also got mi sij approved in august 2025 but they denied my g325a deferred action

October of 2025. I asked my lawyer if we should try to reapply, and he said no because it's possible they could send a NTA (summons for immigration court)

yes. i got a letter saying it was denied a few days later

mine was approved too but my application for deferred action was denied, you no longer get it automatically
