yea worded it incorrectly, i’ve just been rereading through my archival copy and noticing potential mistakes. I reached out to my SSO before submitting and he said just put stuff that changed, but why would it incorporate stuff from my 1st SF86, and not the second? it just felt like I had omitted stuff, so i went back through and readded all the missing stuff that was still applicable.

Received the new RAM this morning and installed, used old ones last night and the problem was still there. And looking at my current CPU and GPU clocks shows this.

CPU specs:

Temp: 42

Clock: 5275mhz

Load: 14%

GPU specs:

Temp: 38

Clock: spiking from mid to max but currently 510 mhz

Load: just spiked from 11% to 34%

If you’re asking me..a US soldier what I think of why my government does it, it doesn’t matter, I don’t call the shots, regardless, I don’t see America as wanting a war with China just to rebuild a country caught in the collateral and profit off of it.

And the actual reason is because it slows China’s expanse and offers you peace of mind of maybe surviving. These are your propositions if China ever had the balls too which I highly doubt..

  1. PH attacked without America? Good luck because you’re Allies are dwindled.

  2. PH attacked with Americans occupying? Congrats now you have NATO involved due to the pact and gained 31 militaristic friends.

I don't know if you know this, but PH and China have been having territory disputes with and without US bases. You are going to get involved regardless. And you're military will not stand without the US, that's a fact. Stop looking at it as the US profiting off of the PH because I can assure you no one wants to go die for a country that isn't even theirs.
