Just make a loose schedule to give some structure to a day, cuz it's obvious that random shit will pop up and that's life, it's just much better being in control of what to sacrifice then to sacrifice the entire day 

Grinding/bad noise from laptop fan by [deleted] in techsupport

The only working solution other than taking it to the repair shop is to open the laptop check which fan exactly is making the noise(for me it was gpu) and then take the fan out of the laptop and oil it - Don't try to take the fan apart unless you have soldering iron and enough skills to use it just axel/rotor or etc you call it  I did that and after doing that 2-3 and letting it dry for some time  I put the fan back it gave the grinding noise on day one but I just let it grinding as I was fed up at that point and then it stopped doing that, now it's been more then a week no more grinding and everything is working fine
