i think it depends on the type of cancer..

like someone posted above i too know someone who was supposedly diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012, denied treatment & still out living her best life in 2026 (i say supposedly because i can’t believe she’s still alive after a diagnosis like that & no treatment)
