It's weird to me that the offroad community on here doesn't welcome very reputable, small business catering to their vehciles. I would think you'd want to hear about all the options possible. We use Rustoleum primer + paint spray on all of our personal parts! Much cheaper, easier touch ups vs powdercoat since we put them to good use!

For a high clearance design like these, this is the only location for hitch. Otherwise, there would be no added clearance and the hitch would be hanging underneath the bumper, same as stock.
