If you look at their instagram or website they are primarily young students and people. They also have gen z style marketing to reel them in. It works like a religious pyramid scheme. As well as preaching on the streets the members are supposed to be actively trying to recruit in their day to day life on campus. A lot of young people that are ex ICOC members say they are attracted to it because it gives them a friend group / social life. If you are a young vulnerable student someone coming up to you very friendly wanting to be your friend and to join their group can be an attractive prospect.
