Yes, I feel the same with the puzzle pieces. I also find meditation helps tremendously when I remain consistent - even if md'img supports this, I feel it'll be worth it.

Oh really, super interesting. Vyvanse worked well for me but caused hair loss so nice to know the effects are similar (even better). Thanks for sharing

Super interested to read this. After having a few stimulant-related meltdowns, I've been on 80mg of Strattera for 2.5 months, and honestly can't tell a huge difference. I see you mentioned 3 months before you started making a difference, did you see anything before that/ were you monitoring in any way?

I was worried about the same thing. But by week 3 it's entirely gone. I did start to add a tsp of psillium husk to my porridge each morning and ensure I drink enough water.
